Ravindra Jadeja’s Dodgy Knee is a Cause for Concern Before T20 World Cup in Australia

The Rock star of Indian cricket, Ravindra Jadeja, has been laid low again. His dodgy knee has flared up, a sort of crisis situation when the Indian team is trying to fit in everybody into a role for the ICC Men’s Twenty20 World Cup on Australia.

Wasim Jaffer has said that India is very lucky to have a like-for-like replacement for Ravindra Jadeja in Axar Patel after the 33-year-old was ruled out of the Asia Cup with an injury.

He was impressive in the recent series against West Indies where he played a significant knock of 64 runs in the second ODI. He has picked 21 T20I wickets and has scored 147 runs. Jaffer believes that the Indian team is lucky to have a like-a-like replacement for Ravindra Jadeja.

The team will miss Jadeja for the remainder of the tournament. Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer has expressed his concern over Jadeja getting injured often in recent times.
